How the postage works...

Each Random Message is posted individually using trusted local postal services wherever possible. Because of this, delivery times depend on the standard timeframes of the relevant mail provider.

At present, all cards are sent from Australia. Postage costs and estimated delivery times therefore align with Australia Post’s domestic and international pricing.

As we grow, we plan to establish local distribution hubs in regions such as the UK, where Royal Mail will be used for deliveries within that area. Our goal is to send each card as locally as possible to reduce delivery times and postage costs.

Postage fees are calculated based on the recipient’s address, as pricing varies depending on where a card is being sent from and to.

We have great trust in our local postal services and take care to ensure each message is properly prepared and posted. However, once a card has entered the mail system, delivery times are ultimately managed by the postal provider, and occasional delays may occur beyond our control.
